Brown sugar comes from sugarcane and it is higher in calcium, iron, and potassium. It is used in a range of meals from sweet pancakes and biscuits to sticky savory sauces such as sweet and sour and BBQ sauce.

4. Blue Cheese

Blue cheese is a range of different cheeses with a blue mold and veining in the cheese, and it comes with a variety of options such as stilton, Roquefort, gorgonzola, etc.

5. Barley

Barley is a popular type of cereal grain in the United States. It is chewy in texture with a nutty flavor and can be purchased as hulled barley, barley grit, flakes, or ground as flour.

6. Brazil Nut

Native to South America, Brazil nuts are tree nuts, which can be consumed as a snack – either raw or roasted. Brazil nuts have a smooth, buttery texture and a nutty, slightly bitter flavor.
