Early Gold Mangoes are very healthy since it contains several vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, E, C, and K, manganese, potassium, magnesium, and niacin. Early Girl Tomatoes are a type of fruit, which are round. It has a mild, sweet flavor and perfectly goes in salads. Early Girl Tomatoes contains vitamin C, K, Potassium, and folate.

5. Emblic

Commonly known as Amla or Indian Gooseberry, Emblic is a round light green fruit with vertical stripes. Emblic is mostly used to make pickles, chutneys, etc.

Also known as mayhaw, Eastern Hawthorn Fruit grows on a shrub in the U.S. Eastern Hawthorn Fruit has a similar appearance to a small red pomegranate. It tastes juicy and acidic and is often used to make jams and jellies, along with being dried.
