Javier’s was founded in 1995 by Javier Sosa in Laguna Beach, California. In 1969, in the search of work, he left his family and worked as a dishwasher at Tortilla Flat restaurant in Laguna Beach.
When he was working in a restaurant, he met a woman and they got married very soon. The woman was a line cook in the restaurant. Then after taking the guidance of the assistant manager, general manager, and his wife, he became the cook of Tortilla Flat restaurant.
In the year 1995, he opened his own first restaurant in Laguna Beach, California but that restaurant closed in 2008.
In the same year 2008, he opened another restaurant located in Newport Beach, California. After some time, he also opened a restaurant location at John Wayne Airport. In 2012, he opened a restaurant located at the Aria Resort & Casino in Los Angeles, Nevada.
In 2017, Javier’s took the place of former Season 52 and opened a restaurant location in Century City. In 2019 also, he opened a restaurant in San Diego at the Westfield UTC. At present, Javier Cavada is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Javier’s.
Javier’s has restaurant locations in California, Nevada, and Mexico. The headquarters of the Javier’s is located in Dallas, Texas, United States.
