Pret is a horrible company. Horrible work environment, dirty, expired, stale, mouldy food and employees who are forced to smile tested by weekly mystery shoppers. If they don’t smile, they won’t get bonus.
I had a severe case of food poisoning from Pret Heathrow airport. I was flying out, had ham toastie, orange juice and coco latte. It was the only thing I ate on my 7 hour flights and I spent the latter part if the flight on the bathroom. I contacted Pret by didn’t get a response. What a revolting company. Never again.
