History of Bruxie
In 2010, Dean Simon and Kelly Mullarney have established the first restaurant in Old Towne Orange in Orange County, California. The first shop was inaugurated at a place that was previously a burger shack called Dairy Treet.
The restaurant received a positive response from the public and later gained recognition in 2011 as the country’s second most popular restaurant.
After four years of establishment, the founders decided to start franchising and opened the second restaurant outside of Southern California in Glendale, Colorado.
